Steven G. Chase
- President and Founder
Steven Chase has been chasing healthy fast food alternatives for over a decade. Following in the footsteps of his family, who popularized the healthy, kosher, hot dog brand, Hebrew National®, in the 1960s, Steven created an award-winning recipe for Bison Hot Dogs that has sold millions on the Home Shopping Network.
Ron Manto
- COO / Legal Consultant
Ronald J. Manto is a criminal defense lawyer based in Miami with over 30 years experience. Manto is also Founder and CEO of Nativo Amazon Açaí, a company that specializes in the sale of frozen, organic açaí berries. The company, established in 2006, focuses on providing high-quality açaí products to the food and beverage industry.
Zack Kraines
- Chief Financial Officer
CPA/Bookkeeper-Directs financial affairs of the organization. Prepares financial analysis of operations for guidance of management. Prepares reports, which outline a company's financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings, based on past, present and future operations.
Chris Krutzweil
- Director of Manufacturing/ Production Manager
Located in Missouri, Chris directs manufacturing of all provisions supplying, raw materials procurement and management, field service. Oversees the company's production facilities.and will also produce the chili and meat sticks.
John Colascione
- VP of Marketing
Founder of Internet Marketing Services Inc. Specializes in Website Monetization, authored a book called Mastering Your Website, and is a key player in several Internet businesses through his brand SEARCHEN®
Chef Daniels
- Corporate Chef
Chef Daniels is the Corporate Chef who Handles special events, catering and has experience and know how in cooking Bison . This summer Chef was the head chef for events done through the Professional Concessions group.
Alan Lazar (Chef Al)
- Executive Chef
From a young age, Al honed his skills at his family’s kosher butcher stores in NY. Since 1994 he has been teaching the craft of cutting to young culinarians. In our kitchen, he entertains us with tall tales of butchery while expertly butchering meats and fish of all kinds.
Ken Mixon
- Graphic Designer
Near 35 years experience in the graphic design and printing. Helps clients nationally and internationally. Core areas of expertise include design, printing, signs, banners, garment decorating (screen printing, embroidery and DtG/DtF). “2018 Small Businessperson of the Year” award.
